Payments should be mailed to the address listed on your billing statement. If you need a copy of your billing statement, please contact your Account Manager or call 1-800-495-7166. To ensure that we are able to fully and accurately address your inquiry, please provide the customer’s full name, loan number, email address, and phone number.

Payoff Inquiries

Complete Third Party Payoff Request Online

NOTE:  If you do not have a signed Third Party Authorization (TPA) on file at Fay you can download the form HERE.  Once the TPA is completed and signed by the borrower, you may attach it to the online Third Party payoff request.

 If you are a Borrower or Co-borrower please log into your account Click HERE

 Once you have logged into your account, click Payment>Loan Payoff>View Payoff Quote and request a payoff quote.

Please note it can take up to seven business days to process a regular payoff request. If your loan is in default or in foreclosure, the payoff processing times may be longer due to additional information that is required to complete the payoff quote.

Payoff requests received after 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) on a business day or on weekends or holidays are considered received on the following business day.

Homeowners Insurance

Residential Borrowers:
Upload your insurance policy information at www.MyCoverageInfo.com/FayServicing. The MyCoverageInfo website is available 24/7 via computer or smartphone. To access, simply enter borrower last name, ZIP Code, and the last four digits of the Social Security number.

Use MyCoverageInfo to view the insurance policy we have on file, and do the following:

  • View policy details, including policy number, expiration date, coverage, and premium amounts
  • Check the status and payment history of a policy
  • Upload new insurance policy documents
  • Obtain “mortgagee” or “other interested party” details

You also can send the information by email to FayServicing@MyCoverageInfo.com or by fax to 1-937-525-8914.

Note: We can accept only homeowners insurance renewals and invoices at the email address and fax number above. For all other requests, please call Customer Service at 1-800-495-7166.

Commercial Borrowers:
You can either email your insurance policy information and invoice directly to   FayServicing@insurancetrackingcenter.com or by fax to 1-833-365-6039.

Note: We can accept commercial homeowner’s insurance renewals and invoices via the above email address or faxed to 833-365-6039. For all other requests, please call the Customer Service number at 1-888-201-3780.

Complaints regarding the servicing of your mortgage should be sent to the New York State Department of Financial Services Consumer Assistance Unit at 1-800-342-3736 or by visiting the Department’s website at https://www.dfs.ny.gov.
