You can start the process now by completing the Fay Servicing Borrower Assistance Form from the link below. This form will assist you in explaining to us the cause of your payment challenges and providing us with as much detail as possible about your income and expenses. The documents required for loss mitigation may vary depending on the owner of your loan. Your Account Manager will be able to provide you with the documents needed for your loss mitigation review, however if you are unable to speak with your Account Manager you may submit the applicable documents listed on the Document Checklist.
