Founded in early 2008, Fay Servicing specializes in providing innovative servicing solutions for both current and past due mortgages.
Before founding our company, we conducted an exhaustive analysis of the mortgage servicing industry and gained valuable insight into the problems facing mortgage servicers and their customers. With that insight we set out to build a different kind of servicing company from the ground up.

One of the greatest challenges mortgage servicers face is disconnect with the homeowner, a result of “collection-shop” cultures often found in the mortgage servicing industry. Fay Servicing understands that each of our customers is different. Everyday life changes or unanticipated difficulties can abruptly impact even the most prepared homeowner. Because of this, Fay Servicing utilizes a fundamentally different approach – one based on high-touch, personalized relationships with each one of our customers.
We assign a dedicated and highly skilled Account Manager to each customer who is committed to providing personalized and meaningful customer service. Our Account Managers take pride in their work, particularly when they see the positive effect their efforts have on our customers’ lives.
Our goal is to better inform our customers of, and provide each with, options that may be available if the customer is having difficulty making his or her mortgage payment. In order to find the optimal solution to help our customers get back on track and keep their homes, we promise to devote the time necessary to fully understand each individual’s specific situation.
